January always seems to be the month where we typically decide on the things that we want to change in our lives. Whether you call them resolutions, goals or life changes the result should be the same: a positive improvement in your daily life. The most common change people, including me, always seem to make it about being more healthy, active and fit. This year there’s something new out there for you to try that is completely doable by almost every gal out there… walking!
