Did you know that our National Park System has an amazing 423 national park sites in the United States covering over 84 acres there are parks in EVERY state! And there are also parks that in the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam and American Samoa!

Summer is a great time to visit a National Park in your home state – or better yet, to plan a trip to another state and visit one of theirs! Just remember, summer is the busiest time of the year for many of our National Parks, so you need to plan accordingly.
