We know that camping can help with one’s mental and physical health, and believe that everyone – especially our veteran and active-duty community members – deserves to connect with a space that inspires, invigorates, and recharges the body and mind.
Over the next two weeks, Girl Camper is teaming up with our friends at Outdoorsy and Thousand Trails to highlight your stories. We want to hear from our veteran and active-duty community members about YOUR service experience and how the outdoors has helped (or could help) you reconnect with nature, friends, family and maybe even a part of you that has long gone dormant.
Nominate yourself or a friend who is a veteran or active military for the chance to win up to $1,500 in Outdoorsy credits and a perfect one-week stay at a Thousand Trails destination, with more than 190 campgrounds and RV resorts nationwide to choose from. First and second runners-up will also win Outdoorsy credits and a Thousand Trails stay!
The contest ends at 11:59pm on Thursday, November 18. You can enter as many veteran or active military friends or family members as you like (but most importantly – if you’re a veteran, please enter yourself)!
