Custom vinyl graphics – how is that camping related? I have to be honest. It is loosely camping related, but stick with me and I’ll explain. Every now and then, I work with a vendor/creator of a product, and I want to take a minute to share them with you when I find a good one! Let me tell you, I found a really good one – Next Dimension Designs. This particular vendor does custom vinyl graphics. You are probably thinking to yourself “Wait, what do vinyl graphics have to do with camping?”
Well, I have used this vendor for custom graphics for my tow vehicle, my 2015 Jeep Wrangler JKU. I am also designing custom graphics to put on both my teardrop (The Ginger Gypsy) and also on my Backroad Trailer (The Lil Mule) which hubby and I are currently building.
Look at those colors!
I designed this custom hood graphic in the colors I use to accent my black Jeep – lime green and purple. (I’m all about the colors, can you tell?) This compass has my fav quote across the middle. “Not all those who wander are lost.” (Gandalf, LOTR, J.R.R. Tolkien.)
The Jeep Wave. It’s a thing.
If you own a Jeep Wrangler, then you might be familiar with the Jeep Wave. Typically, Wrangler owners wave at other Wrangler owners. A common format for that wave is the hand on the wheel and two fingers up in the peace sign. Lots of Jeepers have a vinyl version of that wave on their mirrors. I wanted a custom wave using that purple and lime green, so I sent a copy of a marble-like pattern in those colors to Eric and asked him to create a wave decal for me. Check that out! Amazing customer service!
I have purchased vinyl graphics all over the internet. On Amazon, Ebay, FB Marketplace, and Etsy. Eric Wassell at Next Dimension Designs has stellar primo customer service. I mean STELLAR. He can print any pattern you like on vinyl, customizing colors, background, shape, style – whatever you want! From their shop description: “Our decals are made with premium Oracal outdoor UV protected vinyl and quality Roland eco-solvent, 8 color system, inks. These decals won’t run when wet and last years in the harsh environment.”
As with any custom item, I wasn’t sure what I wanted….. until I saw it in “person.” Eric worked with me until the colors were just right. He always responds quickly to messages and gives excellent, clear instructions for perfect application. I will be ordering from his Etsy shop for all my vinyl needs in future!
