Hands down, the tiny Dash Mini Electric Round Griddle is the handiest little appliance in my camper kitchen!

I love it because it’s small, because it’s aqua and matches my camper, and because it makes an amazing egg in less than two minutes!  

You can also make pancakes, cookies, grilled cheese sandwiches and use it as a small skillet if you need to!  There is no thinking involved when making the perfect egg – the indicator light tells you when it’s heated up, then you just add your food, close it and wait!
